If using a Success Rate Scorecard, you will also see a Success report. The Success Rate Scorecard users will find this report really helpful because, in addition to the overall Positive/Negative rates, they will be able to drill down to individual question levels and gather data on the rates, causes, and comments. This data can be filtered by Group, Team, Scorecard, Event Type, Sub-Event Type, Supervisor, Evaluator, and Employee.

The first page of the Success Report will show you the overall score percentage as well as the success and fail rates according to the filter that was used.

The Total represents the overall number of Positive, Negative, and N/A answers. The Positive is the number of positive outcomes. The Negative is the number of negative outcomes, and N/A is the number of N/A outcomes.

The score represents the average based on the Scorecard weightings.

Success rate (Positive %) represents the number of Positive outcomes divided by the total number of outcomes.

Fail rate (Negative %) represents the number of Negative outcomes divided by the total number of outcomes.

The N/A outcomes are not included in the Success Rate to give you a true achievement rate.

The individual question view page is accessed by selecting the name of the Scorecard at the left-hand side of the page. You will see all compliance questions associated with the Scorecard you select.
