Once all participants have scored the calibration, the organizer of the Calibration can release Reports so that the Calibration Report is available to all calibrators.

The Calibration Report is available by default to the Calibration List builder and to all Global admins. To make the report available to all Calibration participants, the Global Admin or the Calibration organizer can select Actions – Release Reports.

Clicking on the ‘Report’ button will bring up a table showing the individual scorings, average internal score, average external score (if used by people outside the organization) and the variation between the internal and external scores.

(Note: the average excludes the ‘First Score’ from the calculation. This results table can be exported to excel by clicking the ‘Download XLS’ button on the top right-hand corner.)

The User can click through the scores to see the answer choices selected and see where the evaluators differed per question as show below in an expanded view format.
