1. Navigate to the Calibration tab and select Add List

2. From this page, select the results you would like your users to score as part of the Calibration. Do this by highlighting them with the buttons down the left hand side.

You can select as many as you would like.

Just click the Employee name if you would like to see any of the results in full.

You can also use the Search bar to help locate particular results or the Filter button to apply various filters to the list of results, such as Team, Event Type etc.

3. Once you have selected the results to be used, click Create New List.

The pop up allows you to name your list (This is how users will identify it when they go to the Calibration page to start scoring).

You can also assign your list to particular user types:

All Users - All Supervisor and Admin type users will be able to see and score your list.

Internal Users - All Supervisor and most Admin Type users (with the exception of the "Calibrate Only/External" and "Score & Reports/External" user profiles) will be able to see and score your list.

External Users - Only "Calibrate Only/External" and "Score & Reports/External" user profiles will be able to see and score your list.

Specific Users & Employees - Allows you to specify which individual users (including Employees) will be able to see and score your list.

If chosen, "Specific Users & Employees" will further ask you to nominate which users should be able to see and score your list.

You can also choose whether you would like the Calibration Report for your list to be available to any Employee type users (if selected).
