What can I do within the Billing area?
Pay and Download invoices
Change the company details which will appear on your invoices

How do I access the Billing area?
Access to the billing area is found by clicking your profile name in the top right of Scorebuddy and selecting "Billing".
Access to the billing area is a permission which must be granted by a Global Admin, so if you do not see it reach out to the appropriate person to have the permission assigned.
How can I -
Pay and Download invoices?
To pay an invoice, click "Pay". For security you will be prompted to input the CVV code from the card you have on file. Input this and click "Confirm and Pay" to complete the transaction
To download an invoice, click "Download". The selected invoice will then be downloaded as a PDF.
Change company details?
Please note: Changes made will be retroactively applied to all existing invoices. If you need a record of your invoices in their original format (for example, before a company name was changed), ensure that you download them before updating,
Click "Edit Invoice Details".
Update any details and confirm with "Edit Invoice Details".
With the exception of "Address Line 2", all fields are mandatory.
Update payment card details?
Click "Edit Payment Details".
Update any details and confirm with "Edit Payment Details"
Doing so will replace the currently held card details with the new ones.
Add or Remove billing users?
Click "Edit Billing Contacts".
From the Billing Contacts page you can Add, Edit or Delete a billing contact.
Billing Contacts are users that you are authorizing to discuss your Scorebuddy account with your Account Manager.
You may also choose which billing contacts you would like to receive an email notification each time a new invoice is generated. Select the "Invoice Emails" option when creating a user to do this, or click the ON/OFF toggle to change this for an existing user.
