If you are trying to create a Calibration List/Cause/Event Type etc. and are receiving error 0012, this is due to the use of non-alphanumeric characters (e.g. commas, question marks, hyphens etc.) in your submission.

Use of non-alphanumeric characters is restricted within the majority of Scorebuddy data input fields. This is for the purpose of data security. Error 0012 indicates that these restricted characters have been used.

Simply re-format your text input so that only letters A-Z and/or numbers 0-9 are used and your submission should be successful i.e. change "Calibration list - Week 3 - April" to "Calibration list Week 3 April"
