The Workflow object

The Workflow itself built of several different configuration options which determine which Evaluators and which Employees will be involved, what scorecard is used and what type of interaction is to be scored.

Manage Assignments page

The Global Admin may see how work has been assigned for the coming weeks. They are able to make a manual change to the Evaluator who has been assigned to a given Employee for a given Workflow for any week, and the Evaluator will see this change reflected in the work they see to complete on the Scoring Queue page.

Manage Workflows page

The Global Admin can access this page to create new Workflows or edit or delete existing ones.

Scoring Queue page

Accessed via Score > Scoring Queue, an Evaluator will see the work which is assigned to them this week here. They will be able to see how many scores have been completed for an Employee for each week. They are able to create a new score for an Employee for a Workflow, and be taken straight to the scoring page with the correct Scorecard and Interaction type already in view.
