The Manage Assignments page shows how work has been mapped for a Workflow for the coming weeks based on it’s automation (Random/Repeat) status.

All Agents who are part of a Workflow will appear on this page, with a row for each Workflow that they are a part of. It is possible to use the search and filter functions to narrow the view of Agents.

If you would like to change the assignment of an Evaluator to an Agent for a given week, just click the dropdown and select an Evaluator from the pop-up. This will not cause future weeks to change or the Workflow to be re-run, all changes are manual and saved immediately.
