Installing a Satisfaction Ratings integration will allow you to add scores directly from CSAT, NPS, CES and other surveys and link them directly to the interactions imported via your existing integrations via use of our OpenAPI. Please note, this integration will only be available as a filter for Zendesk and Genesys integrations.

Step 1. Create a Satisfaction Ratings Integration (You will need to be a Scorebuddy Global Admin to do this)

  • Select Score > Interactions:

  • Followed by Add Integration:

  • Hover over the Satisfaction Ratings option and select Add Integration:

  • Add a label, description and set a data retention policy for the integration.

Step 2. Create new API client within Scorebuddy

You will use the Scorebuddy API to push CSAT, NPS or CES data into your Scorebuddy instance.

  • For this step, you may need the assistance of you IT / Development team. You can find a step by step guide on how to create a new API client within Scorebuddy here

  • Developer information for pushing Satisfaction Rating data into Scorebuddy can be found under Admin > Developers > Documentation.

Step 3: Using the Satisfaction Ratings Integration

Once Step 2 is complete, you can now use the data you have pushed in via the API to build lists using our Zendesk V2 or Genesys integrations.

This CSAT data will then also show up in your scoring view when scoring using the Zendesk v2 or Genesys integrations.
