Adding a ScorebuddyCx integration into Scorebuddy is a one-time only task where you authorize Scorebuddy to access your ScorebuddyCx account, and specify a data source from which a list can be set up.
To set up the integration, please follow the below steps.
Select Score > Interactions:
Then View Integrations:
Followed by Add Integration:
Now hover over the ScorebuddyCx logo and select Add Integration:
If you have not already authorized Scorebuddy to access your ScorebuddyCx account click on the link to complete the authorization process. This will open in a new tab:
Sign in your ScorebuddyCx account:
Review and accept the requested permissions. You should then continue to your ScorebuddyCx account with the following message shown:
Close the ScorebuddyCx tab and click on the refresh this page link.
You’ll be presented with a short form to complete. All fields are required:
The label and description are for your reference to help you identify the cases that you are dealing with.
Use the data source to specify which ScorebuddyCx data source you wish to retrieve cases from.
Set a data retention policy which specifies how long you wish for Scorebuddy to store your cases. Once this period has been exceeded the case details are automatically removed from Scorebuddy.
When you are done click Connect ScorebuddyCx to Scorebuddy. You will be shown a confirmation message:
You can now use the link to begin matching Agents in Scorebuddy with Agents in ScorebuddyCx.
