This is a one-time only task where the Talkdesk credentials are entered into Scorebuddy, using the Integrations page (under Score) and View Integrations.

Getting Talkdesk Credentials

Talkdesk's API is currently in closed beta. To gain access to Talkdesk from Scorebuddy via the API, contact developers@talkdesk.com otherwise, please get in touch with your success manager. Once you have received your credentials from Talkdesk, carry on with this article!

In "Interactions" under "Score", select "View Integrations".

Click the Talkdesk Logo

Finally, enter the details that you received from Talkdesk, and click "Connect Talkdesk to Scorebuddy".

You should now receive a message informing you that Scorebuddy and Talkdesk are successfully connected, and can begin matching users between the two systems.
