Global Admins and Group Admins are the Scorebuddy profiles with access to create, edit, issue and report on surveys in the Surveys application. Both will see an additional grid type icon or 'waffle' on the top right hand corner.

When you first log in you will get pop-up prompts on getting going, specific to where you are in the application. More comprehensive Help functionality can be found on each page in the bottom right hand corner in green as shown below (example on Build Page). Clicking the tab opens the help details for that activity.

At the top of the My Surveys page is a button to create a New Survey (top right, below the User log in). On clicking this for the first time, a series of pop-up boxes guide the user through the process. As with other pages a Help function is on the bottom left hand corner which can be opened at any time. On this page the tab is titled ‘? Build’.

This page is where you create the survey, deciding on the title, brand colours and a logo to include (down the right-hand side). At this point, the survey is also assigned to the Group and Teams in Scorebuddy, to whom it will apply.

Next, you add a question or questions. Pick a question type from the list provided. Add as many as you like, making them mandatory or not, and customise as required.

The example below shows use of the NPS question along with the Conditional option, alerting the participant to provide additional information on very high or low scores. On the right hand panel, each question can be made mandatory (Required) so it cannot be skipped and an extra Description added to assist the recipient to score.

Once built, you can preview the Survey (for mobile, tablet and PC formats) and further refine before launching it.

The user can add colors and even a logo to their surveys to make them really look and feel like your business. A Scorebuddy branded example is shown below where the colors and logo have been included.

After building the survey, it should be assigned to a Scorebuddy Group and Team, by clicking on the Actions drop down and selecting Settings.

On the Settings page, you can select the Survey Type (General or Agent Widget) and assign it to a Group and Team or Teams.

Agent widget surveys will only be available to Employees to send them out to customers. Agents can also have a weekly/monthly quota

At the end of the setup, the Survey can be locked in order to be activated (Actions - Lock).
