In addition to the Date Range filter the report can be filtered for more specific data and reporting by using the additional list of filters that are available.
To add these filter options click on the '+ Add Filter' button beside the Date Range filter, and select the desired filter from the drop down list. (Group, Scorecard, Team Current Supervisor, Evaluator, Supervisor, Staff and Score Tag List.)
Note: 'Current Supervisor' refers to the agents assigned Supervisor and 'Supervisor' refers to the Supervisor selected on an evaluation.
The added filters have the option for multiselect within the chosen filter along with being able to mix and match different filters by clicking on the '+ Add Filter' button again.
Note: If a 'No data returned for this view.' message appears in the report when the chosen filters are applied, this is because the filters having clashing logic/ the filters have no relation to one another e.g. the selected Scorecard isn't associated with the selected Group.
