When you click into Scorebuddy Bi the first thing you'll see is our Standard Report Dossier with pre-built reports. These reports have been built with our legacy reports in mind as well as new updated organization reporting.

Note: The Standard Reports Dossier is not editable. These are default reports and can be saved to a new Dossier

The first functionality you'll see is our Chapter tool bar which works as a dropdown library system.

This is broken down by:

  • By Score Date: Filtered by the time & date of evaluation.

  • By Event Date: Filtered by the time & date of the event (Call, Email, Chat etc)

  • By Last Edit Date: Filtered by the last time of edit on a scorecard.

  • By Calibration Date: If this is calibration specific report it can be filtered by the date of Calibration

  • By Task Creation Date

When you click any of the Chapters the drop-down present our Pages

Pages are where you find each report dashboard and can build your visualizations.

Filtering

There is a range of variation when it comes to filtering in Bi. Here are some of the different types:

  • Main Tab filtering: This is how most users will filter in Bi. It will affect all the reporting in one go. It may even stay in place when you select a new Chapter or Page.

  • Element /Value Or Atribute / Metric Filtering: These are custom filters we add to our Pages from the edit section. These can be applied to selected visualizations on a page. These can also be displayed in a number of different ways.

Note: The Standard Reports Dossier is not editable. These are default reports and can be 'Save As' to a new Dossier to be edited and made custom.
