What's included

Every Agency Ad Account comes with three core protections, plus access to our client portal for visibility into account health.


LegitScript Certification (where applicable)

For advertisers in verticals that require it — telehealth, online pharmacy, prescription services, certain supplements — our accounts carry active LegitScript whitelisting.

What this means for you:

  • No need to apply for or maintain your own certification

  • Unlocks restricted ad formats and placements

  • Signals compliance to Meta's review systems

  • Reduces approval friction for health-related claims

If your vertical doesn't require LegitScript, this layer doesn't apply — but the other protections remain in place.


Platinum HiVA Tier Status

Every Agency Ad Account operates at Platinum tier — Meta's highest trust classification.

What Platinum delivers:

  • Lower CPMs — Platinum accounts pay less for the same impressions

  • Faster reviews — ads clear the queue faster with fewer holds

  • Higher scale ceiling — budgets can increase without triggering friction

  • Better delivery — priority treatment in auction and optimisation

We actively manage account behaviour to maintain Platinum standing. If something threatens to degrade the tier, we catch it early and course-correct.


Continuous Policy Monitoring

Your account is monitored for compliance issues on an ongoing basis.

What we watch:

  • Policy violations and ad rejections

  • Feedback score fluctuations

  • Review queue anomalies (delays, holds, patterns)

  • Early enforcement signals (ACE warnings, invisible spend caps)

What we do:

When we detect warning signs, we flag them and take action before they escalate. This includes creative guidance, landing page flags, and structural recommendations to keep the account clean.


Client Portal Access

You get access to our client portal, which gives you visibility into:
