Agency Ad Accounts FAQs

Answers to common questions about Agency Ad Accounts.

Who is this for?

Agency Ad Accounts are designed for advertisers in restricted health verticals — GLP-1 weight loss, telehealth, online pharmacy, supplements, and similar categories. If you're experiencing high CPMs, approval friction, or scaling issues that don't make sense given your creative quality, you're likely hitting backend restrictions that these accounts are built to avoid.

Why can't I just use my own ad account?

You can — but if you're in a restricted vertical, your account is probably classified as "sensitive" at the backend level. That means higher CPMs, slower reviews, limited scaling, and degraded tracking. Most advertisers don't realise this is happening because Meta doesn't surface it directly.

Agency Ad Accounts start from a position of trust (Platinum HiVA, LegitScript where applicable) so you're not fighting uphill from day one.

What is LegitScript, and do I need it?

LegitScript is a healthcare compliance certification recognised by Meta, Google, and other platforms. It's required for certain verticals — telehealth, online pharmacy, prescription services — and strongly recommended for others.

If your vertical requires it, our accounts already carry certification. You don't need to apply or maintain it yourself.

What is HiVA, and what does Platinum mean?

HiVA (High Value Asset) is Meta's internal trust scoring system. Every ad account, Business Manager, and Page has a tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

Platinum is the highest tier. It means:

  • Lower CPMs

  • Faster ad approvals

  • Higher scaling headroom

  • Priority auction treatment

Our Agency Ad Accounts operate at Platinum tier, and we actively manage them to maintain that standing.

What happens if something goes wrong?

If an ad gets rejected, a policy flag appears, or anything looks off, we're on it. Continuous monitoring means we catch issues early — often before they escalate into restrictions.

If something does escalate, you have direct access to our team. We handle appeals, remediation, and — if necessary — migration to a clean account.

How does billing work?

We invoice based on ad spend. You'll have access to our client portal where you can see your balance, spend, and upcoming invoices. When funds run low, we proactively send an invoice so there's no interruption to your campaigns.

Payment is via bank wire transfer.

Is this invite-only?

Yes. We limit access to protect account quality. If you're interested, reach out and we'll schedule a qualification call to see if it's a fit.

How do I get started?

Reach out via our website or existing contact to schedule a qualification call. If approved, onboarding takes a few hours, and you can start running ads immediately after.
