2. Introduction
Through this guide you will learn how to sync both your rosters and full season of collections through the API
3. Click "Setup"
Navigate to the setup dropdown
4. Click "Teams & players"
Select teams and players.
5. Click "Synchronize"
Click the synchronize button in the top right corner
6. Select your sport
Select the sport for the team you are importing
7. Click "League"
Search for the league your team is in, often you will have to type it in the search bar
8. Click "USL Championship (USA)"
Select your league with the checkmark on the right
9. Click "USL Championship 2025 (2025-03-09 - 2025-11-23)"
Select the season you are pulling from the API
10. Click "2025"
Select the year you are tying it to within the ScorePlay system
11. Click "Team"
Search for the team you are importing
12. Click "Oakland Roots SC (OAK)"
Select your team with the checkmark on the right
13. Click "Submit"
Submit to sync the team data.
14. Part 2: Synchronizing your Season
15. Starting the season import process
Navigate to the Collection Management section.
16. Click "Synchronize"
Initiate the synchronization process.
17. Click "Football"
Select the sport for the team you are importing
18. Click "League"
Search for the league your team is in, often you will have to type it in the search bar
19. Click "USL Championship (USA)"
Select your league with the checkmark on the right
20. Click "USL Championship 2025 (2025-03-09 - 2025-11-23)"
Select the season you are looking to pull from the API
21. Click "2025"
And the year you are tying it to within ScorePlay
22. Click "on"
Here you will select the settings you want for your data import.
23. Click "Next"
Click on the Next button.
24. Click "Submit"
Submit the information.
25. Click "Synchronize"
After the import is done you will see the new collections made here, sometimes this requires a refresh.
