Create & Manage Video Branding Presets

This demo showcases how to configure presets, upload branding assets, and apply them to your videos

1. Navigate to Branding Section

Access the Branding section to start managing your video presets.

2. Create a new preset

3. Enter preset name and description

Enter the name and description of your new branding preset to identify it easily.

4. Set the account type access

When a preset is enabled for an account type, it’s automatically applied to all downloads except admins. Admins can choose not to apply any preset. If multiple presets are enabled for an account ty, users must select one before downloading.

You can also chose to enforce video presets to certain external groups specifically.

6. Create your video preset

Complete the creation process to save your new branding preset.

7. Open the created preset

Access the newly created preset to begin adding branding elements.

8. Preset branding options

Each preset has 4 branding options. An intro plays before your clip, an outro after it, a watermark is a static image over it, and an overlay is a video layer on top.

9. Uploading and intro and outro

Start by uploading an intro or outro. The selected file will define the aspect ratio of your preset. The preset will only be available for downloads in a similar aspect ratio.

10. Upload a file from local

Upload your selected branding file to include it in the preset.

11. View, edit or delete your branding asset

Click on the icons to view, edit or delete your branding file.

12. Preset aspect ratio explained

The aspect ratio of your preset is now defined and displayed above the intro and outro placeholders. This setting cannot be edited, create a new preset if you need a different aspect ratio

13. Add a watermark

Once your aspect ratio is set, you can add a watermark, click on the plus icon to browse and select a file.

14. Upload from local

Select files from your device to add to your branding preset. Click on upload to proceed

Once your Watermark is uploaded, click on the pen to edit and configure it.

16. Set position and size

You can move and resize the watermark to the chosen position and sizing. You can refer to the pixel ratio at the bottom right for an accurate representation.

17. Set the opacity

You can also set the opacity of your watermark from 0 to 100 percent

18. Save your watermark settings

Click on Update to save the settings of your watermark.

19. Add an overlay

The last branding option is the Overlay. You can’t use both an overlay and a watermark in the same video preset. The main difference is that an overlay lets you play a configurable video on top of your clip or media.

20. Edit your overlay

Once you have selected and uploaded a file as an overlay, click on the icon to open andedit it.

21. Set overlay name

You can change the name of the overlay.

22. Fit to screen setting

When it comes to sizing you have two options: The first is fit to screen, meaning the overlay will be automatically fitted to fit the full screen.

23. Custom overlay placement

If you turn off Fit to screen, you can manually move and resize your overlay—just like with watermark editing—to position it exactly where you want.

24. Set overlay position

You can set your overlay to display at the beginning, at the end or as a loop.

25. Overlay behavior at the beginning

At the beginning means the overlay will start playing at the beginning of the video for the duration set in Duration. If the duration exceeds the video length, the overlay will loop until the set duration is reached.

26. At the end or in loop

Selecting At the end applies the same behavior as At the beginning, but the overlay plays at the end of your video. Selecting In loop makes the overlay play continuously throughout the entire clip, ignoring the Duration setting.

27. Save your overlay

Once you’ve made all your changes, click Update to save your video preset.

28. How to apply a video preset

Let’s see how to download a media or clip using a video preset. Go back to your media library and open a video.

To download the full video with the applied preset, click Download.

30. Select an available preset

Select a video preset from the dropdown. Only presets with an aspect ratio matching the video will be available. Once you click Download, the system will process your request — depending on the video’s length, this may take a few minutes.

31. Open the clipping interface

You can also apply a video preset to a clip. To do so, open the Clipping Tool.

32. Create a clip and download it

Make a selection, and once your clip is ready, click Download.

Here too, you can choose from the available video presets.

34. Download your clip with a preset

Click Download to start the process. Depending on the clip’s length, it may take a few minutes to complete.
