1. Navigate to External Distribution
Click the External distribution section to begin configuring your portal's content sharing options.
2. Initiate New Portal Setup
Click New to start creating a new portal.
3. Access Internal Name Field
Click the Internal name field to specify a unique identifier for your portal.
4. Open Admin Settings
Click Admin to assign administrative controls for managing the portal.
5. Open Pricing Model Options
Click Pricing model to choose how access to the portal will be priced.
6. Enable Validation Requirement
Click Validation required to ensure users meet criteria before accessing content.
7. Open Invoicing Section
Click Invoicing to set up an invoiced based model. Please note we do not cover direct payment on Portal.
8. Select Collections
Add the collections to be available on the Portal.
9. Access Tags Section
Click Tags to manage content access and filtering within the portal.
10. Search Tags
Enter keywords related to footage to organize video content efficiently.
11. Configure Login Access
Select if your Portal is public or login-based (ScorePlay users)
12. Open User Types Settings
Click User types to define categories of users associated to the portal
13. Password Protection
if your portal is public, you can password-protect it.
14. Portal Title and Description
Add a Title and Description to your portal to be displayed on the homepage
15. Open Watermark Settings
Click Watermark to customize branding elements for your portal content.
16. Select Portal Color
Select your portal accent color
17. Configure Portal Backgrounds
Upload a visual background to home page and login page as well as a Portal logo and custom thumbnail.
18. Portal Home display settings
Organise your Portal homepage with curated collections or tag groups
19. Select Date and Sponsor Filters
Click Date, Players, Sponsors to filter content based on these attributes.
20. Media Page options
Customise features displayed on the Media page
21. Order Usage fieled
Select if "usage" field is optional on Portal order page
22. Create Portal
Click Create to finalize and launch your configured portal.
23. Copy Portal Link
Click Copy link to obtain the URL for sharing your portal externally.
24. Discover the Portal
Portal interface is branded, intuitive and simplified for easy browsing and access to slected media
25. Search by Tags
Enter tags related to your content to quickly locate relevant items.
26. Select Media
Click here to explore further content management features.
27. Add Content to Cart
Click Add to cart to select content items for distribution or purchase.
28. Initiate Clip Creation
Click Clip to start creating a video segment from your selected video.
29. View Cart Contents
Click My cart to review selected content items before finalizing distribution.
30. Open Usage Settings
Click Usage to specify how selected content will be utilized.
31. Close Current Window
Click Close to exit the current configuration window.
32. Return to External Distribution
Click External distribution to finalize your portal's content sharing setup.
33. Review and approve your requests
Review and approve your requests here as an Admin
34. Preview in details every order
Preview and adjust each requet by media
