The Users page allows you to manage every user from the platform and their account type in one place. Create new users and account types and tailor permissions at the user level
Users
What you can do on this page:
New: Use this button to create new users in your platform. Choose the Account type and then copy the Signup link to your clipboard - ready to share.
Search Bar: Use the search bar to search for users by name or email address.
Validation Toggles: These can be toggled Yes or No to determine whether this user has the right to validate (’Validator’), and whether they require validation (’Requires validation’).
Invite Link: Use this button to copy the Invite link of this user to your clipboard.
Edit: Use this button to edit the Account type of the user, their name, email, validation rights, and tag access. Click Update to save.
Trash Button: Use this button to delete the selected user.
Creating New Users
Click the New button.
Choose the appropriate Account type.
Copy the Signup link to your clipboard and share it with the new user.
Searching for Users
Enter the user’s name or email address in the Search bar.
The list will automatically filter to match your search criteria.
Managing Validation Rights
Locate the user you wish to update.
Toggle the Validator option to Yes or No to grant or revoke validation rights.
Toggle the Requires validation option to Yes or No as needed.
Inviting Users
Find the user you want to invite.
Click the Invite link button to copy the invite link to your clipboard.
Share the invite link with the user.
Editing User Details
Click the Edit button next to the user’s name.
Update the Account type, name, email, validation rights, and tag access as needed.
Click Update to save your changes.
Editing a user access based on tags
Click the Edit button next to the user’s name.
Under Tag access, you have the possibility to add tags or exclude tags. If you add tags, the user will only see content that has these tags. If you exclude tags, the user won't see the content that has the selected tags.
Example: If the Tag access is the following, the user will only see non video content of the Matches of Team A.
Deleting Users
Find the user you want to remove.
Click the Trash button (🗑️).
Confirm the deletion to remove the user from the platform.
By utilizing these features, you can efficiently manage your users and their account types, ensuring that everyone has the appropriate permissions and access within the platform.
