The Live streaming page allows you to manage all of your Live streams, manually tag your videos and clip directly from Live with Live Clipping.
Search bar: use the search bar to search through your Live streams.
Date: use this button to sort your live streams by date.
Sort by: use this button to sort your assets based on either: ‘Upload date (New to old)’, ‘Upload date (Old to new)’, ‘Name (A-Z)’, ‘Name (Z-A)’.
New: use this button to create a new live stream. You can edit the name, add a date, and choose whether it is Live to VOD or whether to enable ‘Live clipping’.
Control room Logs & Video asset view
Preset tags: use the pencil button (✏️) to create preset tags that you can add as you are playing a video file. These tags will be associated to the time you are at in the video when you click the tag.
Clip: use this button to clip a video of 5+/- seconds before the time-based tag you have added.
Live Clipping & Logging
The clipping and logging functions allows you to clip directly from Live, or just from a video in your media library based on Logs. You can then decide to download the clip, or save it to your library.
In & Out Logs: log the start and end of an action to track exactly when it started and ended.
Shortcuts: we know how it is when you just need to get things done. Shortcuts are crucial. Here's the list of ours:
Play/Pause: (Space bar)/(k)
Zoom out: (-)
Zoom in: (=)
+10s / -10s: (j)/(l)
+5s / -5s: (b)/(m)
Mark in: (I)
Mark out: (O)
Move clipping tool: (Arrow keys)
Frame by frame: (,)
Frame by frame: Our clipping tool can be adjusted to work frame by frame rate, no matter your frame rate - our tool will adjust.
Loop Video: You can toggle this feature in order to move around the video, outside of the clip you selected.
Live timeline: this is only possible when you are accessing a Live Stream, but you can clip directly from Live.
