The Validation page allows you to validate any assets that have been uploaded to the platform, whether through Live mode, or external upload, depending on your setup. Here you can view all the collections pending validation firstly.
Session list view
Date: Use the date button to toggle between Old to New, and New to Old.
View: Use the view button to view the assets within the collection.
Trash button (🗑️): Use the trash button to delete the collection pending validation.
Within session
Session tags: here you can view the tags that will be automatically added to the assets in your library upon validation.
Manage access: use this button to manage the permissions of the collection, such as privacy, embargo and expiration dates.
Validate ✔️: use this button to validate the entire session once you are done editing, deleting and managing the assets.
Validate: use this button to validate an individual asset.
Edit: use this button to edit the asset before validation.
Trash button (🗑️): Use the trash button to delete the asset pending validation.
Filter: use this button to filter between validated and non-validated assets.
