My Athletes or Sponsors are not detected

How AI processing works

AI now runs automatically in the background after every upload. recognition happens on its own and results appear once processing completes within few minutes.

Reprocessing failed media

If some media failed and you need a quick reprocess, you have two options:

  • Delete and re-upload the media to the same collection, or

  • Move the media to the same collection — this re-triggers the AI processing.

For a larger reprocess across multiple collections, reach out to our support specialists through the support module.

If an athlete or partner isn't recognized

Work through these checks:

  1. Confirm the athlete/partner was added before the upload. Uploads must always happen after the athlete or partner exists on the platform. If you uploaded content first, redo the upload.

  2. Check the headshot quality. Go to Setup → Team & players → Players, search for the player, and open their profile to view and edit the headshot. A poor-quality photo reduces recognition accuracy.

  3. Verify the name is correct and matches the name shown on the shirt. In the same player profile, check and edit the name the AI is meant to recognize.
