The Media section serves as a centralized repository for all assets uploaded to your account. You can search for specific files or browse through the collection. To include an asset in your campaign, select the desired files and click Save. Please note the following limitations:

  • Maximum file size: 2 MB for images and videos.

Uploading Files

To upload files:

  1. Drag the files into the designated image area or click to select them from your computer.

  2. The platform now includes an automatic image compressor that reduces the size of any image above 2 MB.

  3. Ensure each file adheres to the supported formats:

    • Images: Compressed automatically if above 2 MB.

    • Videos: Supported formats are MP4, MOV, and AVI, with a maximum file size of 2 MB.

      • For larger videos, you can add YouTube or Vimeo links instead.

    • Audio: Supported formats include MP3, WAV, M4A, WMA, OGG, and OGA.

Tip: While the compressor helps with images, optimizing file sizes manually before uploading can still improve performance.

Editing Images

The platform offers basic image editing tools, enabling you to:

  • Rotate: Adjust the image orientation.

  • Resize: Modify the image dimensions.

  • Crop: Select and save a specific area of the image.

After completing your edits, click Save to store the updated version of the image.

Pro Tip: Ensure images are properly compressed to minimize file sizes and enhance user experience by improving loading times.
