Domains & Servers to Whitelist for ScreenCloud

A guide to the domains and servers that need to be whitelisted for ScreenCloud Arc to work correctly, intended for IT teams, network administrators, and anyone managing firewalls, VPNs, or restricted networks.

If you are using ScreenCloud Arc on a secure corporate network, school, or via a VPN, your firewall may block the connection to our servers or the third-party apps you use to display content.

Troubleshooting for Network Related Issues

If an app or ScreenCloud player is failing to load, try connecting your computer or player to a mobile hotspot or a network without firewall restrictions. If the app works there but not on your office Wi-Fi, this confirms a firewall or whitelisting issue.

If an app still doesn’t load on a mobile hotspot, it may be restricted by region (for example, blocked in certain countries). In this case, the issue is outside of ScreenCloud’s control, and we recommend using alternative content or apps that are accessible in your region.
