Invite Candidates Individually
Navigate to the Roles grid.
Click the mail icon under the desired role.
Fill in the candidate’s details:
Name (required)
Email (required)
Phone Number (optional)
Source (optional: Inbound Application, Outbound Search, or Referral)
Click Send Interview Invite to complete the process.
Invite Multiple Candidates Using CSV Upload
Click the upload icon on the role tile.
Download the CSV template from the provided link in the popup if not already available.
Fill in candidate details in the CSV file using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Save it as a CSV file.
Upload up to 300 candidates at a time. Ensure the following for a smooth upload:
The role name in the CSV matches the role tile name exactly.
Phone numbers (if included) begin with the correct country code (e.g., +1).
Do not modify the column headings in the template.
The first row of the template must remain unchanged.
Upload the completed CSV file in the popup.
You will receive an email confirmation once all candidates have been invited.
Invite Candidates via Form Submissions
This method is ideal for including invite links in introductory emails.
To set it up:
Click on the role tile and navigate to the Automation tab.
Enable the toggle for Trigger Invites and select Candidate Submits a Form.
If a form exists for the role, copy its link directly.
If a form is not yet created, use the provided text box to specify the required fields and request form creation.
This setup only needs to be done once for your account.
