If you are on an enterprise plan and need to make changes to your account, please contact us.

If you're an administrator of one of our standard plans you can change your plan at any time. To begin, click the dropdown at the top right of Screenlight and then click account.

From the account dashboard, click Change plan.

Select the number of users that you would like and click update users.

If you switching to a plan with fewer users, you'll need to make sure that you've deleted the extra users before changing plans. For example, if you're currently on a 5 user plan, the option to select a 1 user plan in the menu above will be disabled until you have deleted all but 1 user.
