You can put your account on hold by downgrading to the Free plan. The advantage to downgrading instead of cancelling your account is that we'll hold on to your custom subdomain and 1 GB of assets and the associated comments.
To switch to the free plan, you'll need to:
Delete all of the other users in your account.
Delete all but one project.
Delete enough files to bring you below the free plan's storage cap of 1 GB.
You can view a summary of your current usage on your account dashboard. You can reach this page by clicking the dropdown at the top right and clicking account.
Once you've cleaned out your extra users, projects and files, click the Plan tab of your Account settings. Click Downgrade to our free plan and confirm that you want to downgrade.
Once you downgrade to the Free plan you won't be billed again. You can use the Free plan as long as you want.
When things pick up again and you need more than 1 GB of space, you can head to the Subscribe page and select the plan you want. Your new plan will be activated as soon as you enter your new credit card information.
