There are no contracts with Screenlight and you can cancel at anytime. If you are thinking of cancelling your account because you're between projects and won't be using us for awhile, you might want to downgrade to our Free plan instead.

If you want to delete your account, sign into Screenlight, click the dropdown at the top right of the screen and click account.

This will take you to your account dashboard. Click the Delete tab and then click the red Send confirmation email button.

This will send you an email that is used to verify your identity. In order to complete the cancellation process you need to click the red button in the email.

Please note, all of your videos, comments, contact information and branding will be immediately and permanently deleted. Be careful, as this action is not reversible.
