If you've forgotten your password, you can sign into your Screenlight account by going to the sign in page on our marketing site or by going to the unique subdomain associated with the account you are trying to sign into.
Sign in from the Screenlight marketing website
Go to https://app.screenlight.tv/accounts/signin and enter your email address. You'll be emailed a message with links to all of the Screenlight accounts that you are associated with. Clicking one of these one-time sign in links will bring you directly into the associated account without having to enter a password.
You can set a new password once you're signed in.
Sign in from a custom sub-domain
Go to the sub-domain associated with your account. In this example, I'm using https://demo.screenlight.tv. If you see a form with a password field, click the link that says Email me a one-time sign in link.
This will display an option to sign in with a one-time link. Enter your email address.
Check your inbox and click the sign in button in the message.
You can set a new password once you're signed in.
