If someone has sent you a review link you can view videos and provide feedback without signing up for an account.

When you click the review link, you’ll be asked to enter your name. This helps keep feedback organized. Click the Sign in button when you are done.

Click one of the thumbnail images to load the associated video.

Click the play button to start viewing a video (you can also use the spacebar to play / pause). Click inside the comment box when you reach a point where you want to add feedback. The video will be paused automatically.

Start typing your comment. Notice that that timecode is automatically captured so that you don’t have to manually log it. Click save once you’ve finished writing your feedback.

You can add an End time if your comment applies to a segment of the video.

If you want to add more precise feedback you can draw annotations on a video. Anytime that the comment form is open, a freeform drawing tool is pre-selected.

Move the cursor over the video, click & hold your mouse button and move the mouse to begin drawing. Click the paintbrush icon to open a menu with the different drawing tools that you can select (arrows, rectangles, circles).

You can also change the colour of your annotations by clicking the colour palette.

If you make a mistake drawing, you can click the undo button. Clicking the cancel button will close the comment form and discard the feedback and annotations.

When you’ve finished adding your comment and annotation, click the save button. A marker will be placed on the timeline at the appropriate point and the comment will be displayed beneath the comment form.
