If ScribbleVet is automatically changing terms or names (e.g., "Reynoldstown" to "Reynolds Town"), you can use the Custom Terms feature to ensure the correct spelling or phrasing is consistently applied.
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of ScribbleVet to open the Settings page, then select Users.
Navigate to Custom Terms.
Click "Configure Custom Terms."
Add your term (e.g., Dr. Kat, Bravecto, etc.) and an optional description.5. Save your changes.
ScribbleVet will automatically recognize the correct spelling the next time these terms are mentioned in your recordings.Each team member must individually add the Custom Term in their own User settings.
