ScribbleVet now includes a built-in email feature that allows you to send client updates directly from the platform.
Once your practice sets up an authorized sender address in the settings, you can email clients directly from ScribbleVet. The message is sent from your clinic’s email, not a third party, so you can follow up without switching systems.
Set up your practice’s sender alias:
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of ScribbleVet to open the Settings page.
Navigate to Practice.
Under the Send mail as section, add a practice email address and sender name, then click Add email.
You'll receive a verification email to confirm ownership of the email address.
Here’s how it works:
Mark a note as Reviewed, then select Email client under the Email for the client section.
If your practice has multiple emails configured, you can select any verified email address from the dropdown menu
Enter the client’s email and click Send email. Replies will be sent to the selected practice email address.
This keeps communication timely and aligned with your medical records. Clinical updates reach clients faster, with documentation tied directly to the medical record. As soon as the note is done, so is the email.
