ScribbleVet now includes a built-in email feature that allows you to send client updates directly from the platform.
Once your practice sets up an authorized sender address in settings, you can email clients without leaving ScribbleVet. The message is sent from your clinic’s email, not a third party, so you can follow up without switching systems. .
Here’s how it works:
Set up your practice’s sender alias on the Practice Settings page
Mark a note as reviewed then click “Email to client”
Enter the client’s email and send directly from your authorized address
This keeps communication timely and aligned with your medical records. Clinical updates reach clients faster, with documentation tied directly to the medical record. As soon as the note is done, so is the email.
After you’ve marked a note as reviewed, you’ll see a new Email client button under the Client email header.
