Most iOS and Android devices with a reliable internet connection will run ScribbleVet smoothly. We recommend using devices no older than 5 years for optimal performance.

ScribbleVet works best on the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Important: On Google Chrome, we recommend adding ScribbleVet to your list of sites to keep active. Go to Chrome Settings, then Performance, then General, then "Always keep these sites active" and add app.scribblevet.com. This helps prevent the app from going inactive during longer sessions.
Known Limitations
Amazon Fire tablets typically do not support ScribbleVet's app due to the lack of Google Play or Apple App Store access. As a workaround, you can try using ScribbleVet on their built-in web browser, but the setup is often tricky and not ideal for consistent use.
Tips for the Best Experience
Always keep your app updated to the latest version
Use a stable WiFi or Ethernet connection when possible
Avoid using ScribbleVet on devices that are no longer receiving operating system updates from the manufacturer
Any device that has access to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, supports a stable internet connection, and runs a recent Android or iOS version should work fine!
