To customize your SOAP template, follow these simple steps:
Log in to ScribbleVet: https://web.scribblevet.com/sign-in
Go to Templates at the top left (next to Settings).
Select SOAP (Built-in) and click the Copy and customize button at the top of the template to create your own customizable template!
In each section, you'll see a pencil icon, click on this and you'll find the option to customize. Some customization options are:
Rename your template
Add or remove sections
Add subsections by hitting the + Add section button
Edit default normals
Modify body systems
Bold headers by using
*Nose*format (e.g. Nose* = Nose)Provide tailored instructions for different sections (e.g. "Please give me a numbered list")
Adjust text formatting (bullet points vs. paragraph form)
Header style formatting
Normal/Bold/Hidden (Ghost)
A hidden header will still appear in the template sections, but will not be included in the actual transcript.
Additionally, you can change the order of your templates, edit your default template, and unhide other templates that may be useful to you.
