One appointment, separate or combined notes
The patient name can be, for example, "Lucky", "Chance", or "Lucky + Chance" or similar.
Begin recording by stating:
"This is a two-pet appointment for Lucky and Chance."
As you go through your exam, be explicit about which animal you are discussing. ScribbleVet will create separate sections for each patient, so there will be a History - Lucky and a History - Chance, PE - Lucky, PE - Chance, etc. There will only be one Client Email.
You can select which patient to copy sections for or include in a downloaded PDF.
💡 Tip: This method is faster and requires less admin work.
Example phrasing: "Now I’ll examine Kitten 1, a female calico. (Exam). Next, Kitten 2, a male orange tabby..."
