Update patient name and details

Need to fix a misspelled name or distinguish between multiple ‘Fluffy’s? No problem! Here's how to update patient information.

Access patient management

💻 On web:

📱 On mobile:

  • Tap the person icon.

  • Select Manage patients from the menu.

Find your patient

  1. Use the search function to locate the patient you want to update.

  2. Click or tap on the patient's name to open their profile.

  3. You can update the patient's first name, last name, or set a Patient ID.

  4. On web, click Save after making changes. On mobile, changes are saved automatically.

💡 Tip: You can also view ongoing appointments and previously created notes within each patient profile.
