Steps to Update DVM Profile for Correct Pricing
If you need to mark a DVM as part-time to ensure the correct pricing is applied:
Navigate to the Settings section in ScribbleVet.
Select the Practice tab and locate the DVM’s profile.
Open the DVM’s profile and check the Part-Time option.
Save the changes to update the DVM’s status. This step ensures that the subscription reflects the part-time pricing for the DVM.

Practice-based fee
Our Practice Plan pricing structure works through a base fee + a per-DVM seat rate, which scales based on the number of active doctors on your team.
The Practice Base Fee covers the ability to invite multiple users into your workspace—such as your support staff (who are free) and multiple doctors. It essentially serves as a minimum price (the price a solo DVM would pay), and then the addition of multiple DVMs becomes cheaper (i.e., you’re not adding the full solo DVM rate each time you add a doctor). That said, I like to share the full cost breakdown for transparency.
