If your student is unable to login due to a forgotten password, you have the option of resetting their password for them as the teacher.
To reset your student's password, kindly follow the steps below.
Step 1: On the Scribo homepage go to the right and click on Menu then select Classes and Students
Step 2: On the left click on Manage Students
Step 3: Type in your student's name in the search bar to easily find their account.
Step 4: On the right side of their account information, you will see a few buttons. Click on the button labelled Reset Password
Step 5: In the designated box, type in your student's new/temporary password then click on the Green Check Icon to the right.
Step 6: Your student's password is now reset!
Once you've reset your student's password, they may login using the new/temporary password you provided. We highly advise reminding you students to create their own password upon logging in to change it to something they will remember.
