If your Chrome extension is not working and your analytics are no longer displayed, it may be that your connection to LinkedIn has been interrupted (e.g. if you have logged out of LinkedIn in your browser or deleted your cookies). But this is not a problem, you can always reconnect your account and nothing will be lost. To do this, simply click on your browser extensions (in Chrome on the puzzle icon in the top right corner). A drop-down menu with your browser extensions will open. Here you click on the Scripe browser extension, then a field appears: "To start using this extension, please visit LinkedIn from your browser”. Click on the LinkedIn link and open your LinkedIn. Then go back to Scripe Analytics and reload the page. Your Analytics should then be displayed again as usual.
