Our Knowledge Base feature goes beyond just analyzing your past posts and interactions; it builds a comprehensive understanding of your personal brand.
This advanced feature not only replicates your style but enhances it by continuously learning from your recordings, posts, and engagement patterns.
Using this data, the Knowledge Base optimizes and personalizes content questions, strategies, and the overall content creation process, ensuring your posts are as authentic and engaging as possible.
Available exclusively to Pro users, Scripe’s Knowledge Base also allows you to store and manage valuable information to further enhance your content creation process.
Here’s how you can utilize the Knowledge Base effectively:

Adding Knowledge to Your Knowledge Base
Accessing the Knowledge Base

Storing Information
You can add any knowledge you want Scripe to know and apply to your posts. For example, if you want all your posts to end with a specific signature, you can add this instruction to the Knowledge Base.
Typical structures or phrases that should appear in your posts can also be added. For instance, podcasters can specify that they always interview a person and want the post written from the interviewee's perspective.
The Knowledge Base categorizes your inputs as Personal or Business, and you can filter between them.
Automatic Application
The knowledge you add is applied to all future posts automatically. This ensures consistency across your content without having to manually add these details every time.
Examples of Knowledge Entries
Signature: "All my posts should end with the sentence: 'Happy Scriping, [Your Name]'."
Content Structure: "Posts should start with a personal story, then explain a challenge, and conclude with a solution or takeaway."
Target Audience Insights: "My target audience includes healthcare professionals interested in policy changes and innovations."
Enhancing Your Content Creation
Continuous Improvement: With every post you publish, Scripe skims the content and adds relevant knowledge to the Knowledge Base. This means the system continually improves and adapts to your style and preferences.
Tone of Voice Analysis: Ensure the Adaptive Tone of Voice feature is turned on. This feature analyzes all your posts for sentence structure, emotions, and writing style, helping Scripe better mimic your unique voice over time.
