How To Create a New Job Post
From the left-hand main menu, go to Jobs.
Click Create Job Post to begin.
Define Core Requirements:
Job Title: Use precise titles (for example, Pediatric Physical Therapist).
Designation: Specify employment type (for example, Full-Time, Part-Time).
Specialty: Select relevant categories (for example, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation).
How To Configure Employment Terms:
Set the employment details carefully:
Contract Type: Select whether the role is: (Full-Time, Part-Time,...)
Number Of Vacancies: Specify the number of open positions.
Assignees: Choose an assignee from the drop-down menu or add a new ones through clicking on Add Assignees on the right
Optional: select Keep employer confidential if you want to hide employer identity
Salary Range: Add competitive salary bands (for example: 10,000–20,000 SAR).
Optional: select Hide Salary Range.
How To Set Candidate Criteria:
Define who the ideal candidate for your role:
Gender: Determine the required gender for your role
Years Of Experience: Choose the minimum required years from the drop-down menu
Based in: Choose which country you prefer your candidate is based in
Spoken Languages: Choose required language proficiencies (for example, English and Arabic).
