Slide up to show all apps.
Find the SmartHealth app, a yellow square with a grey heart icon.
Press and hold the SmartHealth app icon.
Drag the app icon to the blank home screen.
Turn off the power button lock

Select the Screen Lock cog.
Toggle Power button instantly locks to off.

Print receipt settings (requires Access PIN)
The terminal asks your customer whether they want a receipt and will not finalise the sale until they answer. Many customers do not answer, which delays POS from completing the transaction.
Merchant receipt
Merchant receipts are stored digitally. Selecting "never print" lets staff move to the next transaction without tearing off a second set of receipts.
Press the Circle at the bottom of the screen to show the home screen.
Slide up to reveal all apps.
Open Device Manager, the blue icon with tools.
Select Configuration Options.
Enter the Access PIN.
Select Merchant.
Under Merchant Receipt options, select Print Merchant Receipt.
Select your preferred option.
Customer receipt
By default, the terminal prompts the customer to request a receipt. The terminal does not send a "transaction complete" message to POS until the customer answers, which can lead to transaction timeouts. To change the setting:
Press the Circle at the bottom of the screen to show the home screen.
Slide up to reveal all apps.
Open Device Manager, the blue icon with tools.
Select Configuration Options.
Enter the Access PIN if required.
Select Merchant.
Under Merchant Receipt options, select Print Customer Receipt.
Select your preferred option.
Options:
Prompt for print | Default. After payment, the terminal asks the customer if they would like a receipt and does not send confirmation to the POS system until an option is selected. |
Never print | There is no option to print a receipt during the transaction. If a customer would like an EFTPOS receipt, select OPTIONS (top left corner), then TRANSACTIONS, find the latest transaction, and click PRINT AGAIN. |
Always print | An EFTPOS receipt is printed after every transaction. |
Cash-out settings (requires Manager Passcode PIN)
To remove the cash-out prompt on the terminal during transactions:
Press the Circle at the bottom of the screen to show the home screen.
Slide up to reveal all apps.
Open Device Manager, the blue icon with tools.
Select Configuration Options.
Enter the Access PIN.
Select Merchant.
Under Merchant features, adjust the cash-out only and purchase and refund thresholds as appropriate.
