Overview
To receive notifications for new messages and orders, you need to allow Scrypt HQ to send notifications in your browser. Follow the steps for your browser below, then check your Windows notification settings if needed.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome.
At the top right, select More, then Settings.
Select Privacy and Security, then Site Settings, then Notifications.
Next to "Allowed to send notifications", select Add.
Enter https://hq.scrypt.com.au/.
Select Add.

Microsoft Edge
To manage notifications while visiting a site you have already opened:
Select View site information to the left of the address bar.
Under Permissions for this site, next to Notifications, choose Allow from the drop-down menu.
