Overview
Deleting a Scrypt Mobile account can be useful if you want to:
Re-Sign up with a new username and password.
Link your profile to a different account. or different pharmacy.
When you delete your Scrypt Mobile account, your personal, medication, and ordering data remain safely stored with your pharmacy. What is deleted are:
Locally stored eScripts.
Locally stored Configuration settings.
Login credentials and passwords to the app.
This ensures your sensitive information is protected while giving you the flexibility to start fresh.
Ways to Delete a Scrypt Mobile Account
You can delete your account in two ways:
Pharmacists - via Scrypt HQ Platform
Customers - Directly from the Scrypt Mobile app
1. Option for Pharmacists - via Scrypt HQ Platform
Pharmacy staff can remove a customer’s Scrypt Mobile account from within Scrypt HQ Platform.
Steps:
Open Scrypt HQ and go to the customer’s profile.
Confirm that the Scrypt Mobile status shows Active.
Click the Active button - a confirmation window will appear.
Select Delete Account.
Click Yes, Delete Account.
A confirmation notification will display, confirming the account was deleted

2. Option for Customers - Directly from the Scrypt Mobile app
Patients can delete their own Scrypt Mobile account directly in the app.
Requirements:
You must be logged into the account you want to delete.
Steps:
Open and log in to the Scrypt Mobile app.
Tap More > Personal.
Select Delete Account.
Tap Confirm.
Your account will be deleted and you will automatically be logged out of the app.
