Ordering with an OrderLink (phone or computer)

How patients submit an order to their pharmacy using a unique OrderLink, from any web browser.

An OrderLink lets you submit an order to your pharmacy from any web browser. After your pharmacy sends you a unique OrderLink, follow these steps.

  1. Open the OrderLink, enter your date of birth, and select Continue.

  2. Your pharmacy's contact details are shown at the top of the page.

  3. Your repeatable prescriptions are listed. Select the items to add to your order. Selected items are highlighted green.

  4. Tap a medicine name to see more detail about that prescription.

  5. If the estimated days supply is not accurate, select Edit Supply to change it.

  6. To add non-prescription items, select + Add Items. These appear as additional items on your order.

  7. Use the search bar to find non-prescription items (subject to stock availability).

  8. By default the order is set to pick up in store. To request delivery, select Edit and add your details.

  9. Add any notes that will help the pharmacy and delivery teams.

  10. Submit your order by selecting the yellow Request Order button.

You will see a confirmation once your order reaches the pharmacy. The pharmacy team will usually send you an SMS when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
