How to submit an Order
After receiving a Unique OrderLink from your pharmacy
Enter your Date of Birth and click [continue]
Your pharmacies contact details are displayed at the top
Your repeatable prescriptions are shown, select items to add to your order (Selected items are highlighted green for convenience)
Clicking on the Medicine Name will display more detailed information about your prescription
If the Estimated Days Supply is not accurate, you can change this by clicking the [Edit Supply] button
Below the medicine list, you can add non-prescription items to your order by clicking the [+ Add Items] button, these will be displayed as Additional Items
Use the Search Bar to find non-prescription items (subject to stock availability)
By default, the order will be set to Pick up in store, you can request a delivery by selecting [edit] and adding your required details
Add any notes that will be helpful for the pharmacy + delivery teams
Submit the order to the pharmacy by clicking the yellow [Request Order] button
You will get a confirmation if the order has successfully landed at the pharmacy order page,
Typically the pharmacy team will send you an SMS when your order is ready for collection or has been marked for dispatch
