⚙️ How to Link Your PPA Credentials in Scrypt
Log in to Scrypt HQ.
Go to More > Settings from the top menu.
Scroll down to PPA Digital Claiming (bottom of the Settings page).
Enter your PPA User ID and User Key.

Refer to the official PPA Portal User Guide – Integration and Generating an API Key.
Click Setup.
❌ Got an error message? Click here.
Select the correct pharmacy you wish to enable claims for.
Click Save.
✅ A success or error message will appear on screen.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Common Error
Error message on setup:
"Failed to authenticate pharmacy PPA credentials with PPA: Refit.ApiException: Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request)..."
What it means:
This error often occurs if you’ve generated a new API key but haven’t clicked Save inside the PPA Portal.
Solution:
Go back to the PPA Portal.
Make sure you click Save after generating your API key.
Return to Scrypt, re-enter your User ID and Key, and click Set up again.
This should resolve the issue.
