Link your PPA credentials in Scrypt
1. Log in to Scrypt HQ
Log in to Scrypt HQ.
2. Open Settings
Go to More > Settings from the top menu.
3. Go to PPA Digital Claiming
Scroll down to PPA Digital Claiming at the bottom of the Settings page.
4. Enter your PPA credentials
Enter your PPA User ID and User Key.
Need help finding your PPA User ID and User Key? Refer to the official PPA Portal User Guide for integration and generating an API key.
5. Click Setup
Click Setup. If you get an error message, see the troubleshooting section below.
6. Select your pharmacy
Select the correct pharmacy you wish to enable claims for.
7. Save
Click Save. A success or error message will appear on screen.
Troubleshoot a common error
Error message on setup:
"Failed to authenticate pharmacy PPA credentials with PPA: Refit.ApiException: Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request)..."
What it means: This error often occurs if you have generated a new API key but have not clicked Save inside the PPA Portal.
Solution:
Go back to the PPA Portal.
Make sure you click Save after generating your API key.
Return to Scrypt, re-enter your User ID and User Key, and click Setup again.
This should resolve the issue.
