Scrypt HQ is not loading: restart Scrypt services

If you see red error codes on your Scrypt HQ dashboard, restart the Scrypt services on your dispensary server to reconnect.

If you see red error codes on your dashboard, follow the steps below.

Note: Complete this guide on your dispensary server computer, or wherever the Scrypt services are installed.

Open the Services app

  1. Click the Start button on the taskbar at the bottom left of your screen.

  2. Type Services.

  3. Select the Services app. The Services app opens.

Restart the Scrypt services

  1. Find the ScryptAPI, scrypt-db (optional), and scrypt-net services.

  2. Right-click each service and select Start, Resume, or Restart.

  3. Repeat for all three services. They should now be running.

Note: Even if a service shows Running, it is sometimes best to restart it to make sure the connection is re-established.

Reload the Scrypt HQ page

  1. Go to Scrypt HQ.

  2. Refresh the page (press F5).

Your Scrypt HQ dashboard should now load.
