Getting red error codes on your dashboard? Follow the steps below
Note:
This guide must be completed on your dispensary server computer (or where the Scrypt services have been installed).
1. Open the Services App
Click on the Start button on the taskbar at the bottom left of your screen
Type in βServicesβ
Select the Services app, the services app will open.
2. Restart Scrypt Services
Find ScryptAPI, scrypt-db(optional), & scrypt-net services.
Right click on the services, select Start/Resume/Restart.
Repeat this step for all 3 services.
These services should now be running.
Note: Even though the services show "running" it is sometimes best to restart the service to make sure connection is re-established.
3. Reload Scrypt HQ Page
Go to Scrypt HQ
Refresh page (Press F5)
Your Scrypt HQ dashboard should now load.
