Use a patient group to schedule a bulk SMS to a defined set of customers, for example all of your Sleep Apnoea clients.
1. Create a patient group
Go to Scrypt.HQ > More > Patient Groups.
Select Add New.
Enter the name of the group.
Select Save.
2. Assign a profile to the patient group
In a profile, under Customer Details, select Edit.
Under Group, select the desired patient group.
Select Save.
3. Use Advanced Search
Go to Scrypt.HQ > Advanced.
Under the Scrypt Search tab, select the group you wish to search for.
Select Search.
Select the profiles you wish to include in the scheduled SMS.
Select Schedule Bulk SMS.
You can only select profiles that have a phone number recorded. Update the phone number in your dispense software first if it is missing.
4. Schedule the bulk SMS
Select Create New.
Schedule the date and time you wish the message to be sent to your group.
Type the message you wish to send as an SMS.
Select Save.
You have now scheduled a bulk SMS to be sent to all customers assigned to the patient group.
